按分工承担市级重大、跨区跨部门及市委、市政府交办项目的招商引资和跟踪服务工作，开展境内外投资促进宣传推广活动，组织开展相关重点产业发展趋势及投资促进政策研究，参与拟订相关产业政策，指导相关辖区、部门、重点区域、重点产业园区等开展投资促进工作，广泛联系企业、专业机构、行业协会等协同营造产业生态环境。

　　To undertake the investment promotion and follow-up services for major projects at the municipal level, cross-district and cross-departmental projects, and projects assigned by the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee and the People's Government of Shenzhen Municipality, carry out domestic and overseas publicity and investment promotion activities, study the development trends of key industries and investment promotion policies, take part in formulating related industry policies, offer districts, departments, key zones and key industrial parks guidance on investment promotion, and extensively liaise with enterprises, professional institutions, industry associations, etc. to jointly create an industrial ecosystem.

　　1.统筹科学研究和技术服务、租赁和商务服务、工程服务、居民服务等服务业及建筑业、交通运输仓储和邮政业等产业投资促进工作。

　　1. To coordinate the investment promotion regarding services such as scientific research and technical services, leasing and commercial services, engineering services, and resident services, as well as industries including construction, transport, warehousing, and postal services.

　　2.重点对口联系市住房建设局、交通运输局、文化广电旅游体育局、国资委、乡村振兴和协作交流局及罗湖区、盐田区、前海合作区等部门和辖区。协助市商务局做好商贸领域投资促进工作。

To prioritize contact with departments and districts including the Housing and Construction Bureau of Shenzhen, the Transport Bureau of Shenzhen, the Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau of Shenzhen, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Shenzhen Municipality, the Rural Revitalization and Cooperation Bureau of Shenzhen, Luohu District, Yantian District, and Qianhai Cooperation Zone; assist the Commerce Bureau of Shenzhen in promoting investment in the commerce and trade sector.
